Your article on “Illegals aren’t going anywhere, so we should aid in assimilation.” While Your thoughts are quite noble, It will never address what has actually happened in America. Albert Einstein said: “Technological progress is like an axe in the hands of a pathological criminal “. Your illustration was that ( “if tens of millions of drivers consistently break the Interstate speed limit, do we assume that they are all criminals who should lose their licenses and be banned from the highways? No: A more plausible explanation is that the speed limit is too low for safe highway driving and ought to be raised.” ) But : “ Weakness of attitude becomes weakness of character “. This is what has become of the average law abiding citizen. “ We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them” Obviously, we cannot stop the tens of millions who have violated our immigration laws any more than the speeders, red light runners, drunken drivers, felons or others violating any law of our society. “If a person cannot obey the simplest of laws, how can they obey any other law, for the simplest law creates the laws of a more complex nature, and a societies future requirement of it‘s citizens to obey all laws, not the ones they pick and choose.

The Illegal Alien , is more complex, they are a part of the Technological progress in America, and their illegal procedures are like an Axe in the hands of a pathological criminal, which in effect they are. Their presence is one of Stealth, Subterfuge, calculations, not only in crossing the border, but the multiple reasons for coming to America. As a social service worker, my job was to determine eligibility for ADC, Medicaid and Food Stamps. The female illegal alien, was either impregnated in Mexico(s) or here in America. Her pregnancy and delivery was covered by Medicaid funds, because she would say her “Spouse or Significant other” (SOSO) is still in Mexico(s), and has no money to pay for her pregnancy or delivery. Meanwhile her (SOSO) is working at two jobs under assumed or stolen identity and social security numbers. The State Government cannot compute the true income of this family, and will end up paying: ($20,000.00) in medical expenses for this illegal, dishonest alien. In the mean time, American Citizens born and raised in the United States of America who are pregnant and have a (SOSO), cannot qualify for Medicaid, because their income is over the maximum earned income allowed by regulations. (These citizens are immediately thrown into financial difficulty or bankruptcy, because they must pay the $20,000.00 out of their own pocket, because their income is traceable as are their identities and social security numbers.) The same stealth and dishonest alien earns on the average of $200.00 per month in welfare and food stamps when their child is born in the USA, this is combined with the income of the (SOSO), and the Woman, who now gets a job and provides double perhaps triple income to this criminal unit, which then provides more money to bring other Aliens here, who continue the vicious cycle, shoot, rob and kill each other, buy or sell drugs. Any of these Nefarious behaviors, then adds to their hidden wealth and theft from America. (The Washington State Governor bragged about their Lawsuit, that will allow 8,000 Hispanic children born in the United States to have Medicaid for at least one year, after Medicaid has already paid $20,000.00 for the birth of this child who was either implanted in Mexico(s), or in the United States, by a (SOSO), who is hiding from the government, and cannot be tracked, because they are hiding under a stolen or falsified Identification. ) I cannot agree with her (The Governor of Washington) and her quest to steal as much Medicaid money as she can for her state. Washington State nor any other State cares about the fact that this child has parents who are working at two jobs, and not reporting their true income. Nor will they sue to recover the money this criminal unit stole from the State, once discovered. (They do not even have the number of investigators needed to track these thieves.) Nor do they care that our Children who were born and raised American, have to do without medical care for their child, because their two jobs are tracked and reported. Even the IRS, they can’t find the Illegal Alien or their income and therefore do not go after this criminal either. (The Paco syndrome) or The Illegal Male Aliens, immediately seek out the first American Girl they can find, and then try to impregnate her, hoping that this relationship as a (SOSO) will help him remain in the United States, and obtain legality. His income also continues unreported and unknown by State Social Service Workers, and the dishonesty continues. .

The citizen has no voice in these matters.

It is very difficult to solve those problems by continuing to use our thinking that created this problem. Our corporations, felt that spectacular windfall profits would occur, by shipping American Jobs to every country that could produce it cheaper. These exported jobs and plant closings that replaced American Workers jobs, the Cherry Picking done by the Insurance Industry, and Banking Industry and the use of the FICA scoring system has destroyed about every fabric America had. You would think, that as much money that has been saved by Corporate America, that they would reduce the cost of the product they sell. But just as the Gasoline industry has an excuse for $3.00 a gallon gasoline, and a 300 billion dollar profit each year, that cost reduction for their product is not going to happen. Just like they will not close the stock market, and make every Corporation in America live on the sale or loss of the product they produce and sell.
You cannot pull the rug out from under a persons feet, without hurting them in one way or another. Your editorializing will not replace the 40,000 jobs lost from GM and Ford and absorbed by increased sales of Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and whoever else joins the American Market.
The minimum wage may become law, but who is against the law? Only Corporate America and the elected congressional representatives that have hidden $100,000.00 in their freezers, who must support the ideas of who paid them.

As long as we allow Corporate America to manage the issuance of credit cards, credit, profit and loss, stocks, bonds and mutual funds, Home, Auto, Hospital insurance, the greater the Death of America and out Children will be. “There is no act, however virtuous, for which ingenuity may not find some bad motive”. I understand that all of the public relations nuts from Corporate America, your newspaper, and many others will cry “Wolf” and absurdity. This has already been done with our future, and illegal aliens are just a part of the fleecing of America.
Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts. (Sign hanging in Einstein's office at Princeton) There is no doubt in my mind, that the congress cannot control these mega corporations, and every power these corporations possess, (The Constitution still says, that those powers not provided, shall be reserved for the people. ) are powers that should be approved by the people, as stated by Thomas Jefferson. After all the original Confederation allowed only one representative per colony or state, this Technological Progress in 1787, drove America into the current system of allowing businesses to make any rule they desired, without government interference. Since that time we have seen multiple injuries to the American public, Rail Roads stealing the land, then closing non-profit entities, the Bail out of Chrysler, the Savings and Loan Industry, the Current Business Pensions, the airlines, the list goes on and on.

It really is not important whether our original parents were Adam and Eve, or a scientific evolution. We are all Brothers and Sisters, forever. As stated before:

Whether we talk about fighting against the Jews or the Christians, It is a Jihad and a Muslim who loses his life is a "shaheed (martyr)" A peace accord lasts only 10 years, or until the Muslim Country can assemble an Army or Weapons system that will defeat the Christian or Jewish challenger "

Qur'an Chapter 17, Verse 16-17: When we decide to destroy a population, we send a definite order to them who have the good things in life and yet transgress; so that Allah's word is proved true against them; then we destroy them utterly. We in America have already heard the definite order to convert to Islam, and the voices are loud with protest when we dare to challenge Muslims in our own country as well as the Muslim countries of the world. When we ask that they stop teaching their children that Jews and Christians are enemy and that we as infidels must be killed. (If not today, then tomorrow, while we sit in a sense of false security.)

The major question is do these criminals have the right to Life? When we ask the victims they demand death. Reality wise, these criminals should never have committed the crime.

America's Life, cannot be very long. The Chinese are the largest population center in the world, their entire Income (Gross National Product) is gained from the "Made in China" label on almost every product America uses. China is not our friend, they shot one of their weather satellites out of the sky, with out permission or knowledge of the world. When America objected, they told America to mind it's own business. The money that Americans have exported to China, has been used to increase their military forces and nuclear weapons inventory. Which will be used to destroy America and our way of life. America has not been able to sit down and talk with any nation, for a very long time, the United Nations seldom corrects the behavior of Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Pakistan, India, China, Russia, Venezuela, Thailand. We should never forget that China is a Communist Country, they made war during the Korean Conflict, that they supported Vietnam, that they will occupy Formosa, that they were an ally of Russia during the Cold War. Enemies of the United States? There is not a valid reason for the Embargo of Cuba, do they not have the right to life also? There is no reason to maintain troops in Italy, Germany, South Korea, or any country outside of our borders, because of the immense diplomacy that must be conducted, and the waste of American Funds on countries that are a part of the Euro coalition. They do not spend a penny in America, the coalition is designed exclusively for the promotion of Europe and European products. This coalition continually cries foul over the subsidies given to American products, and turns its nose up when military support is needed.

Meanwhile, in America, Corporations have closed factory upon factory, job site upon job site, and exported a "Made in America" product to Mexico, the Honduras, Germany, India, China, etc. America has allowed Honda, Nissan, Volkswagen, Mazda, Toyota, to build factories here in America, to build Automobiles and Trucks, that just killed General Motors and Ford,as well as 40,000 jobs. . They killed China's bid to buy a Gasoline Refinery, but allowed Chrysler to be purchased by a German Company, further draining the American banks, and the citizen. There is not much right to life, when people's jobs are gone, and other countries are taking our jobs and our dollars or an illegal alien is working in a trade, that could belong to a legal American citizen.


RIGHT TO LIBERTY:

The banks, and the corporations that have grown up around them, have deprived our children of all property, to which they are entitled to, and the continent that was fought for and conquered, by our forefathers, has made our children unable to buy homes, cars or insurance, simply because we allowed these banks and corporations to dictate rules of business. Imagine if you will, if a Stock, Bond, Mutual Fund or Credit Card did not exist for Banks or Corporations? These Banks and Corporations would have to exist on the basis of the money that they earn from their products. They would not have to pay stock or bond holders, a dividend, nor would they generate the extra dollars that they use to foolishly run their company. Large CEO salaries or stock options would or should not exist. Imagine if we prohibited "FICA" scores and scoring. Imagine if Insurance Companies were required to insure all people, not when and where and if they want to. (Websters definition of insurance states: " Insuring against loss or harm, in consideration of a payment proportionate to the risk involved.") There should not be any question about the gulf states insurability. If an insurance company is in the insurance business, it must insure. This nonsense about needing premium money to pay stock dividends, or bonds or mutual funds, or even add new computers or furniture to their offices across the country, is wrong, because they are in the business of insuring. Not making a profit for a stock holder, all that money that fat rich cat has should have been used to invest in people to create new businesses for the good of America, not the good of the stocks. Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the other medical insurers would be using premium money for what It was intended. Hospitals and Doctors and Dentists, would come to realize, that there is no place to invest their money, except the people, and finally reduce the cost of procedures. If we removed the tax free status of the hospitals, and made them operate only on the money they receive, maybe a true list of charges would emerge, and treatment would be given to all people, rather than building large hospitals and facilities.

Twenty five percent interest rates, fifteen day grace period to repay credit card charges, automatic increase of interest rate to 32% if you miss payment of any bill. Using FICA scores to determine your eligibility for credit, giving or issuing credit cards to illegal aliens. Student loans to our children, which are detrimental to our children. Posting of payments to accounts when the credit card industry wants to, causing accounts to be delinquent simply to earn the higher interest rate, erroneous reporting of underpayments or no payments to Credit Bureaus. Violation of Privacy by selling names to unscrupulous businesses, or losing or theft of customers data bank information. Perhaps Americans should have to be paid the same amount of money these banks and credit card companies charge their customers for late fees. Most important of all, is the fact, that banks were created or allowed by our forefathers, for the purpose of Money Transactions and transfer, no other reason. The evolution to credit cards, stocks and bonds were the banking industries and corporations idea. It was their lobbying and payoffs, that secured their ability to fleece the public, and our sons and daughters. There is no reason that a home is $265,000.00 or a vehicle is $30,000.00, and 40,000 General Motors and Ford and Chrysler workers should be looking for work While Toyota and Honda and Nissan enjoy a fleecing of America,under the guise, that they employ American workers.

Each American must understand and accept the fact that being a soldier is not an elective for a United States, citizen, it is a duty and a responsibility. If we want to should be a soldier, then we do not have a right to protest war, or have a qualified opinion about the Right to Life, Liberty, or the pursuit of happiness, because it is a subject we know nothing about. Such is the case of the citizen who does not vote, you have no right to an opinion, because you did not participate in the democratic process.

The greatest crime against our children and Americans, is the public relations people who explain away the 10 billion loss of funds to contractors in Iraq, or the 32 billion in cold hard cash, not accounted for. The E Coli in the spinach, the vehicle recalls, the excuses for a CEO's 3 million dollar salary, their 10 million retirement package, million dollar stock options. The Banks and the Corporations that explain away their use of the "FICA score to justify denying our children a home, a car, or credit worthiness. THE STOCK MARKET AND CREDIT CARDS MUST GO. !!! The public relations guru's of these industries will step forward and defend their industries, or minimize their failure to protect our privacy through lost or stolen data, they will do everything in their power to maintain the status quo.
